John K. Kindseth
John A. Kindseth is a graduate of Hamline University (B.A., 2002) and Hamline University School of Law (J.D., 2007) and has been with Krueger Law Firm since 2008. Before entering law, John worked in health care and the Minnesota Legislature. John focuses his practice on negligence cases involving personal injury, including auto accidents with injures ranging in complexity from back pain to brain injuries and surgical cases. John has also had success for clients in claims against property owners for injuries from unsafe conditions. He regularly represents clients in No-Fault arbitration to force insurance companies to pay medical bills, and provides advice to clients to achieve the best result possible, whether by negotiation or with a lawsuit. A Twin Cities native, John lives in St. Louis Park with his wife Allison. In his free time, he enjoys tennis and softball.
